GM Envolve´s Fleet Programs offer special pricing and unique ways to give your fleet a competitive advantage. To become eligible for these benefits, simply follow the 3 steps below.

CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY

Make sure your business is eligible for fleet programs and incentives. To qualify as a GM Envolve fleet partner, your company must either.

i. Have a minimum of 5 vehicles licensed and registered in your company name today;
ii. or if your current planned purchase will take you up to the 5 vehicles minimum requirement;
iii. or if you will be purchasing 3 or more vehicles for your business in the planned purchase;
iv. or if you are a Government Agency, Government Regulated Utility, Public School or Medical Hospital.

If you are you an existing General Motors Fleet customer (you have a FAN), please visit a GM dealer to validate.

If you have under 5 vehicles, we offer programs and incentives specifically for smaller fleets.

GET ENROLLED

If your business qualifies for fleet programs, your next step is to submit an application with proof of eligibility for a Fleet Account Number (FAN). Download and complete the FAN Enrollment Form below. Be sure to complete and sign/initial all areas on both pages.

Next, provide documentation to prove your business is eligible. Acceptable documentation includes vehicle titles, registrations or proof of insurance on company vehicles.

Please send your signed application and proof of eligibility to your preferred GM Dealer. It is the Dealer's responsibility to verify that a Fleet customer has a valid Fleet Account Number (FAN) and is an eligible Fleet user.

FANs may be verified through the GM Envolve Solutions Centre at 1 (800) 866 0313.

Once you obtain a FAN, you can start working directly with a dedicated GM Envolve Account Manager or a General Motors Dealer in your area.
